First offense
Post removed and a formal warning on record. No public shaming — but it's logged, and it counts.
Second offense
7-day suspension. No posting, no commenting, no exceptions — a real pause to reconsider how you argue.
Third offense
Permanent ban. No appeal against the rule: personal attacks are the one thing OneVia will not negotiate on. If we got a fact wrong, such as the wrong post or the wrong person, tell us and we will re-check.
This applies equally to everyone — verified accounts, moderators, and the OneVia founders included. Free speech means the freedom to be wrong, to be blunt, and to be challenged. It has never meant the freedom to abuse another person.
